Regardless of the date that you receive your invoice, the Homeowner is responsible to pay the annual Homeowner's Dues by January 31st each year. What are the Homeowner's Dues used for?
The Racquet Club Homeowner's Association is a private community. The streets, signs, street lights, poles and storm water system in the community are all privately owned by the Racquet Club Homeowner's Association. We as a community are responsible for the maintenance and repair of those items. That includes: the maintenance of the grass in the common areas, the pavement that we drive on, the stop signs and street signs throughout the community, the electricity used in the street lights, and the insurance that covers our common areas.
03
Can I park my car in the road?
The Racquet Club Homeowner's Association has certain parking rules. You cannot park in the road between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 6:00 am., with one exception. If you know that you will be having guests at your home and they need to park in the road during the no parking hours listed, then you can contact one of the RCHA Officers and they will issue you a parking permit. Once you no longer need that parking permit you must return it to the RCHA Officer that issued you the parking permit. If you do not return the parking permit you will be charged $25.00 for its replacement and the permit that was issued to you will become void. You cannot park in the road at any time if you block the entrance to another residence or if you block the traffic in the road. Any violators of the parking rules will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Where can I park my Trailer?
If you own a trailer or a boat, you cannot park the trailer in your front yard, your side yard, or your driveway. You cannot park it any place on your property where it can be viewed from the street. You will need to park it in your garage or behind a privacy fence in the back yard.
